• January North Salt Lake Real Estate Sales are Going Up

  North Salt Lake year over year home sales increased 62.50% from 3 total residential properties sold last year to a total of 8 residential sold properties in January this year.

  Sales price goes up 14.84% from January last year's median sold price of $184,800 and original list price of $229,000 to this year's median sold price of $217,000 and original list price of $214,950.

  Each square foot of North Salt Lake home sold in January this year cost around $89.65. Median square feet size was 2,476. The average home sold was equipped with five bedrooms and three baths.
